Welcome to my blog! Here i’ll showcase full galleries of homes i’ve photographed because sometimes 40 MLS photos just isn’t enough!
With that being said, i’d love to share with you a little about my process!
First of all I walk into every home with the same attitude, every home gets the same amount of time and attention as I believe that no home should be treated less than just because it isn’t a multimillion dollar home!
Every one of my photographs is thoughtfully retouched to add dimension & bring the life back into the home & property. You will notice that my images aren’t your traditional real estate style! My goal is to leave you with an image that feels rich in tones & showcases the beautiful Sunshine Coast surroundings we’re so lucky to live amongst. I often hear from people that they can tell when it’s a home photographed by me! Which also tells me, your listing is standing out from the crowd ;).
When you hire me, you will likely receive more than 40 photographs. I feel that because it is your listing, you should have the opportunity to pick the photos that you feel showcases your listing the best. You have more experience in what sells a home than I do! I just know how to take the photos…If you feel overwhelmed by this process, simply let me know and I’ll take care of it.
I also know the power of social media marketing & sometimes having those few extra photos is a bonus for you to use on your socials. No I don’t charge more for having more than 40 photos, it’s just how I roll which also means I don’t charge any less for having less photos. Some homes only allow for 40 photos and even sometimes less…as we all know - it depends on the listing itself!
Another thing you might notice is I don’t offer any other services. This might feel inconvenient because let’s be real, a 1 stop shop is convenient! I believe in learning to be the best at 1 thing VS all the things. I recommend my pal Regan Hately for everything drone & video related! You can find his website here & instagram here.
